The book is very helpful and detailed on what can cause pain and different ways to help treat it naturally. It is also helping you be mindful that other problems might be causing you pain and discomfort without you even knowing it, like wrist pain being caused by muscles in the upper arm. The massage hammer is a very useful tool that also helps to get out knots and help with sore muscles.
