Tom cured my nagging middle finger problem I’ve had for almost 20 years. I went to various specialists who all agreed I should have an operation. The book is very helpful and detailed on what can cause pain and different ways to help treat it naturally. It is also helping you be mindful that other problems might be causing you pain and discomfort without you even knowing it, like wrist pain being caused by muscles in the upper arm.
