Tom is so easy and fun to work with. He is very knowledgeable and had a solution for any area of pain the body may be experiencing. A massage is always enjoyable but not necessarily realistic in terms of long term solutions for pain or aches. Tom provided techniques, tools and books so we can be in charge of our pain management from home. Recommend for events or one on one.

Tom cured my nagging middle finger problem I’ve had for almost 20 years. I went to various specialists who all agreed I should have an operation. Tom told me it was hammer time and proceeded to hammer away at my upper arm and squeezed and twisted my forearm which instantly relieved the pain. He then handed me the rubber hammer and instructed me to hammer away whenever I felt pain. Thank you Tom.

I had a nagging pain in my shoulder from work and repetitive movements for a long time. This has been the perfect tool to access all the muscles involved in my shoulder cuff area that contribute to the problem. Tom is a super great and helpful guy. If you are looking for a good alternative to just taking pills like ibuprofen to mask pain this is a good way to learn. The book is very helpful and detailed on what can cause pain and different ways to help treat it naturally. It is also helping you be mindful that other problems might be causing you pain and discomfort without you even knowing it, like wrist pain being caused by muscles in the upper arm. The massage hammer is a very useful tool that also helps to get out knots and help with sore muscles. Overall, tons of helpful information and Tom is always so nice to help if you have any questions.
