Single-Sided Percussion Massage Hammer
The tool that turns simple tapping into powerful results. This single-sided percussion massage hammer is designed to help you release tension, target stubborn trigger points, and support your body’s natural recovery process. Unlike double-sided tools, this design concentrates force into one focused point, giving you deeper, more intentional pressure with every tap. Perfect for use as part of your self-massage routine, especially when working through tight muscles, restricted areas, or lingering discomfort.
Focused pressure helps break up tight muscle tissue
Rhythmic tapping supports circulation and recovery
Targets trigger points with precision
Helps reduce muscle tension and stiffness over time
Tight muscles and trigger points
Post-workout recovery
Daily self-massage routines
Anyone looking for a simple, effective therapy tool
Common Use Areas
Works well on neck, shoulders, back, hips, thighs, glutes, and calves, or anywhere you notice tension building from daily activity or workouts.
Use light to moderate tapping over tight or sensitive areas. Let the weight of the tool do most of the work. Start slow, then gradually increase intensity as your body adapts.
Designed for Deeper Impact
The single-sided head allows you to apply more direct force without losing control. This makes it ideal for areas that need a little extra attention, like shoulders, hips, thighs, and along the back. It is simple to use, but highly effective when used consistently.
The massage and the tools provided really helped me relax. Amazing, just truly amazing. Bye bye back pain.

Tom is so easy and fun to work with. He is very knowledgeable and had a solution for any area of pain the body may be experiencing. A massage is always enjoyable but not necessarily realistic in terms of long term solutions for pain or aches. Tom provided techniques, tools and books so we can be in charge of our pain management from home. Recommend for events or one on one.

I have been suffering with TMJ for years. My dentist could not help me. My doctor could not treat it. I have seen specialists that did not give me lasting relief. Now I have a handle on it. I know the muscles to target and how to find relief through regular practice. I feel so much better.

I’ve never used a tool that felt so good on my joints, and the rounded side is wonderful when I massage along my neck and head. This tool is so popular in my household that I have to hide it. The guidance you offer in your videos and book are so straight forward and easy to practice, anyone can do it. Thank you.

Tom cured my nagging middle finger problem I’ve had for almost 20 years. I went to various specialists who all agreed I should have an operation. Tom told me it was hammer time and proceeded to hammer away at my upper arm and squeezed and twisted my forearm which instantly relieved the pain. He then handed me the rubber hammer and instructed me to hammer away whenever I felt pain. Thank you Tom.

I had a nagging pain in my shoulder from work and repetitive movements for a long time. This has been the perfect tool to access all the muscles involved in my shoulder cuff area that contribute to the problem. Big help to know that I should also focus on the side of my neck to correct the problem. I feel so much relief already from just several days of self-massage.

Tom is a super great and helpful guy. If you are looking for a good alternative to just taking pills like ibuprofen to mask pain this is a good way to learn. The book is very helpful and detailed on what can cause pain and different ways to help treat it naturally. It is also helping you be mindful that other problems might be causing you pain and discomfort without you even knowing it, like wrist pain being caused by muscles in the upper arm. The massage hammer is a very useful tool that also helps to get out knots and help with sore muscles. Overall, tons of helpful information and Tom is always so nice to help if you have any questions.
