Tom cured my nagging middle finger problem I’ve had for almost 20 years. I went to various specialists who all agreed I should have an operation. Tom told me it was hammer time and proceeded to hammer away at my upper arm and squeezed and twisted my forearm which instantly relieved the pain. Tom is a super great and helpful guy. If you are looking for a good alternative to just taking pills like ibuprofen to mask pain this is a good way to learn. The book is very helpful and detailed on what can cause pain and different ways to help treat it naturally. It is also helping you be mindful that other problems might be causing you pain and discomfort without you even knowing it, like wrist pain being caused by muscles in the upper arm. The massage hammer is a very useful tool that also helps to get out knots and help with sore muscles. Overall, tons of helpful information and Tom is always so nice to help if you have any questions.
