Service Description

This is where real progress is built. Follow-up sessions are designed to support consistency, refine your technique, and help you stay accountable to your self-care routine. As your body changes, new patterns can show up. These sessions give you the opportunity to adjust your approach, work through new areas of tension, and stay encouraged to keep going. Sessions are available in person or live via Zoom. ►What to Expect • Continued guidance based on your progress • Adjustments to your routine and technique • Support working through new or lingering tension • Ongoing coaching, encouragement, and accountability Many clients choose to return regularly to stay consistent, build momentum, and continue improving how their body feels and functions.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy By scheduling a session, you agree to the following terms: Appointments and Payment All sessions must be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance and paid in full at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment. Cancellations and Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hour’s notice to receive a full refund or transfer your session to a new time. Requests made with less than 24 hour’s notice are not eligible for a refund. No Shows If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered a no show and no refund will be issued. Late Arrivals Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other appointments. Scope of Service All sessions are educational and coaching-based. You will be guided through self-massage techniques using tools and movement strategies. TPS Wellness does not diagnose illnesses or injuries, and sessions are not a substitute for medical treatment or care. Not Medical Advice The information provided during sessions is not medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your physician regarding any concerns. Health and Safety Acknowledgment By participating, you confirm that you are voluntarily engaging in self-massage and understand that you should seek medical clearance if you have any conditions that may be affected. You understand that risks may include, but are not limited to, superficial bruising, short-term muscle soreness, or aggravation of an existing or unknown condition. You agree to inform your coach of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or medications that may impact your session. Personal Responsibility You are responsible for your own body and comfort during the session. You agree to stop or adjust any technique if you experience pain or discomfort. Liability Release By participating, you agree to release Tom Spiros and TPS Wellness from liability related to side effects or outcomes associated with self-massage practice. Technology Requirements Sessions are conducted via Zoom. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a functioning device prior to your session start.
